It is fashionable in our liberal world order to place humanity over religion.
But where does our definition of humanity come from?
Will most of us who have very little understanding of human emotions, history, philosophy, politics, economics, come up with our own personal definition of humanity?
Will we use our own definition of humanity that suits us and is financially lucrative and convenient to us?
Religion and its definiton of humanity was developed by people whose intellect, vision, and humanity was far greater than anything we can imagiine. We ignore this at our peril.
It is religion that teaches us what is humanity.
